3. Payment mode
Paying by credit card is the only way to make purchases online on our Website. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Only the credit card holder may make transactions online.
4. Prices
All prices on our Website are in Canadian funds. The asking price for a product on our Website may differ from the asking price of the same product in one of the Tecnic Driving School. Federal and Provincial taxes are not included in the asking price.
5. Shipping and delivery
Products purchased on the Tecnic Website will be delivered to you by Canada Post. Your transaction must have been completed and authorised for Tecnic to forward your order.
Delivery charges will be added to your cart before completing the purchase order. These charges depend on the weight of the purchased item. Time of delivery vary according to destination. Generally, delivery takes 3 to 5 work days but in distant areas it may take up to 7 days. Purchases made after 3 o’clock P.M. on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

6. Cancelling an order
To cancel an order made on the Website, call toll free Customer Service at 1.888.277.1137 from Monday to Friday between 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. (EST) . If your order has not already been shipped, we will simply cancel it and credit your credit card account.
7. Returns and exchange
Books purchased on the Website can be returned within 10 days from the purchase. We reimburse the price paid for the book minus delivery charges. On-line exams are not reimbursable. Gift certificates are neither reimbursable nor refundable.
Where to return the merchandise? Before returning a book you must contact us and get an authorisation number from Customer service.
Once you obtained the authorisation number you can send the merchandise within 10 days.
Return the merchandise in an adequate wrapping with a copy of your purchase order and the authorisation number.
The returning or exchanging policy only applies for items purchased online. If you purchased items from a Tecnic Driving School outlet the return or exchange policy may vary with the affiliates.

After receiving and inspecting the book we will credit your account, and notify you by Email.
