1. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the "Win Your Driving Course" contest, you are required to attend Module 6 of your driving courses at one of the participating Tecnic driving schools throughout Quebec. You will be asked to complete and return the entry coupon given by your driving instructor or a Tecnic representative. Entry coupons will be directly forwarded to GroupAssurance by the administrative services of Groupe Tecnic 2000 Inc. In order to qualify, all coupons must be duly completed and returned by the end of Module 6 of your Tecnic driving courses. The contest begins November 1st, 2011 at noon and ends November 15th, 2012 at midnight. The draw will take place on Friday, November 30th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. A limit of one entry per student and one entry per accompanying adult will be accepted throughout the duration of the contest. Facsimiles and reproductions not accepted. Odds of winning are directly related to the number of eligible coupons received during the contest period.

 ELIGIBILITY
Contest open to residents of Québec who have started driving lessons at one of the participating Tecnic driving schools. Participants must be 16 years of age or older as required by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec. Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of PMA GroupAssurance, Tecnic driving schools, Groupe Tecnic 2000 Inc., as well as their affiliated and related companies are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse.

3. DRAW AND AWARDING OF PRIZE:
The draw will take place at the head office of Groupe Tecnic 2000 Inc. on November 30th at 10:30 a.m. in the presence of a PMA GroupAssurance representative. The participant whose entry coupon is drawn will be declared the prize winner, provided that all of the conditions, restrictions, requirements, and regulations set forth are respected. The potential winner will be notified by telephone after the draw or within the week following the draw and required to claim the prize as instructed by PMA GroupAssurance within a 7-day period following the initial phone call. Should the prize not be claimed within this period or if the potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new draw will take place.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Full reimbursement of the total value paid for a driving course at the Tecnic driving school according to the value indicated on the contract.

5. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING PRIZE
The prize must be accepted as awarded, cannot be sold, is not transferable, nor is it exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or other goods. No substitutions allowed. By claiming the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes carried out by PMA GroupAssurance, Groupe Tecnic 2000 Inc. and its affiliated schools. In order to claim the prize, the winner must have completed, or be in the midst of completing the driving course with a Tecnic driving school. The winner must show proof of registration and full payment for the driving course taken at the Tecnic driving school. The winner must also agree to sign a form upon receipt of prize. The winner may not, under any circumstances, demand partial or full reimbursement for the driving course.
Any false statement from the participant will result in automatic disqualification.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control including but not limited to strike, lockout, or other labour dispute within their establishment and/or those of business partners and organizations whose services are required for the contest to be held, PMA GroupAssurance and its partners, mandated agencies, directors, officers, and employees assume no responsibility regarding the inability to hold the contest as described above.

By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the aforementioned rules and all decisions made by PMA GroupAssurance, which are final. Contest rules available upon request at the head offices of PMA GroupAssurance and Groupe Tecnic 2000 Inc.
