We often feel that the buying of winter tires is an added expense we could very well live without.
In fact, on a long term basis, they’re not more expensive. Think about it! Both of your summer and winter tires will last longer.
On the other hand, driving all year on winter tires is a poor strategy.
In fact, during hot summer days, winter tires will wear much faster. Moreover, their adherence on hot summer roads is poorer than summer tires.
